This vintage wood lamp base will be perfectly at home in your 1940s English country cottage decor. The technical bit-
This lamp has a very country cottage feel to it dating from the 1940’s and made from two shades of hardwood, the base and column were part of a large collection of parts found unassembled in what had been a cottage industry lamp business. Now assembled and fitted with a contemporary E14 bulb holder and inline switch and wired on a braided 2 core braided cable. It comes complete with a shade harp and a vintage leaded glass shade. NOTE 3 small panels have a small crack.
For overseas buyers this can be supplied with a EU or US plug together with a bulb converter from bayonet to small Edison screw
For US buyers this lamp will be tested in a 240V to 120V stepdown voltage converter which will ensure that it will be suitable for a US supply.
