The Technical Bit -
This steampunk style lamp is made from a repurposed 1950’s telephone bell box fitted with a 12v mains power supply with 2 switches that independently operate different features of the lamp.Both switches are push button and have been fitted with a small cog for decorative effect.
- The left hand switch operates the main central lamp which is a small glass shade decoupaged with a steampunk cog design.It simultaneously illuminates a glass fish eye lens located on the front with a pulsing effect which also has a cog design internally decoupaged.
- The right switch simultaneously operates a blue led lamp within an old radio valve together with a multi colour changing bubble effect column.
It is mounted on a base formed from assorted wooden laser cut gear wheels.
