This gothic skull lamp is the perfect Halloween gift for a lover of pirate goth home decor and is the ideal quirky light for a dark corner. When lit the bulb gives a fantastic eerie effect through the resin of the skull.
The technical bit.-
Created with a bit of a swashbuckling pirate theme the skull used for this lamp is an accurate life size reproduction cast in resin which was produced as a medical aid.
It has been carefully drilled and the collar from a small Edison bulb holder securely bonded to it. The base has been created with a thick jute rope coil along with a vintage hardwood lamp base.The skull then screws on to an e14 small Edison screw bulb holder with led bulb powered by a mains 12v supply. To give it that final touch a plunder of foreign coins has been bonded to the rope coil.
