A fabulous tall pair of sculptural teak and brass mid century lamps. These statement Modeline lamps will elevate your decor and are the perfect gift for a lover of MCM. Just add large shades of your own to suit your decor and make an impressive feature in your home.
These rare lamps are often accredited to the furniture maker Adrian Pearsall and although often sold in his original showrooms these were actually a Modeline product, Pearsall having never designed lamps. These have been completely disassembled with all the metal polished and the teak sympathetically cleaned and waxed. Fitted with new brass E27 large Edison screw bulb holder they have been rewired with earthed 3 core cable and inline switches before being safety tested. It should be noted in the pictures one of the bases has had some heavy denting beaten out at the rear and has minor tarnishing marks.
IT SHOULD BE NOTED THE SHADES ARE NOT INCLUDED
For overseas buyers these can be supplied with an EU or US plug together with a bulb converter from bayonet to small Edison screw
For US buyers these lamps will be tested in a 240V to 120V stepdown voltage converter which will ensure that they will be suitable for a US supply.
Measurements each 6.5” dia base x 27.5” to top of bulb holder
