The technical bit.-
Created using an Ikea lamp base that has been cleaned and checked for electrical safety.The octopus / kraken figure then sits unattached at the base enabling you to position it as you desire. The figure is made from semi flexible resin and has been fitted with glass eyes. To further extend the octopus theme the pull cord is in the form of a tentacle with the glass shade decoupaged and sealed with images of an octopus through a nautical porthole. Fitted with an E27 large Edison screw bulb holder
