This mid century atomic lamp is the perfect lighting for a lover of Italian space age decor. This would look gorgeous in a vintage style lounge or in any home with a more modern contemporary look as an eye catching statement piece.
The technical bit-
Made in Florence Italy in the late 1950’s this small lamp was one of various designs made in a popular spaceage atomic style. Very typical of its time this is a metal lamp and had no electrical earth connection which posed a real danger of shock. Fully stripped and sympathetically cleaned it has been rewired and fitted with an earth connection and all original parts retained. It has been finished with a Contemporary glass crystal shade.
For overseas buyers this can be supplied with a EU or US plug together with a bulb converter from bayonet to small Edison screw
For US buyers this lamp will be tested in a 240V to 120V stepdown voltage converter which will ensure that it will be suitable for a US supply.
