The technical bit-
This lamp is a marriage of lamp parts and a decorative globe sphere that spans 60 years. The base is oak and comes from a 1930’s lamp, with the brass column parts having come from a 1980’s lamp. The globe itself was a 1990’s decorative item having been made in an antique style. To enhance its look the globe has been coated with a crackle glaze and dark waxed. Finished with a vintage styl braided cable and inline switch it is finished with a contemporary small Edison screw bulb hold and fabric shade.

10cm dia base x 46cm high
For overseas buyers this can be supplied with an EU or US plug
For US buyers this lamp will be tested in a 240V to 120V stepdown voltage converter which will ensure that it will be suitable for a US supply.
