This vintage french bottle lamp will make an unusual accent light in a lounge or home bar. Treat yourself to an eye catching antique lamp, just add your own shade.
The technical bit-
This rare vintage bottle probably dates from the 1930’s and judging by the lamp fitting used, was converted to a lamp around the same time. The bottle originates from France having held a liquor called SAPINDOR from the Andre Laine vinyards who were renowned for their champagne in the 1920s. The liquor was produced over many decades in this unusual tree style bottle. The effect is created with a pitch type coating with pieces of branch inserted. The lamp holder has been removed and rewired together with an earthed connection and bonded back into the bottle.
For overseas buyers this can be supplied with a EU or US plug together with a bulb converter from bayonet to small Edison screw
For US buyers this lamp will be tested in a 240V to 120V stepdown voltage converter which will ensure that it will be suitable for a US supply.
