The technical bit-
This antique oak wooden lamp dates from the early 1900’s and is designed in a rope twist style that sits on deep base with an internal stability weight.
It has been rewired on a vintage style 2 core braided cable with an original bakelite b22 switched bulb holder being retained which was probably an update in the 1940’s.
Cleaned and waxed this is back to its former glory.
For overseas buyers this can be supplied with an EU or US plug together with a bulb converter from bayonet to small Edison screw
For US buyers this lamp will be tested in a 240V to 120V stepdown voltage converter which will ensure that it will be suitable for a US supply.
