
This vintage Arts & Crafts pewter lamp is a lovely example of 1930s home decor. The simple styling of the hammered metal base makes it easy to style with a shade of your choice. It will make a gorgeous accent piece in a vintage setting or in a lounge with a more modern contemporary look as an eye catching statement piece.
The technical bit-
Probably dating from the 1920’s - 1930’s this hammered pewter lamp is in a very typical Arts & Crafts style. The lamp is internally filled with pitch/ bitumen for stability with a wooden insert. Having some minor knocks consummate with its age. The lamps original b22 switched holder has been retained and the lamp sympathetically cleaned but not over polished.fully rewired on a 3 core vintage style braided cable with an earth connection.
For overseas buyers this can be supplied with a EU or US plug together with a bulb converter from bayonet to small edison screw.
For US buyers this lamp will be tested in a 240V to 120V stepdown voltage converter which will ensure that it will be suitable for a US supply.
