The technical bit.
This original early 1900’s lamp base is in slender turned style with its original weighted base. It has been sympathetically cleaned with a professional wood cleaner but not stripped back so as not to remove it’s natural patina. it has been rewired on a vintage style 2 core braided cable with an original old stock switched b22 bulb holder , finished with a wax polish then lightly buffed.
For overseas buyers this can be supplied with a EU or US plug together with a bulb converter from bayonet to small Edison screw
For US buyers this lamp will be tested in a 240V to 120V stepdown voltage converter which will ensure that it will be suitable for a US supply.
