The technical bit -
This wooden lamp dates from the 1940’s and when found was unwired with no bulb holder. Having been rewired with an E14 small Edison screw bulb holder operated by a push button switch, two 1940’s style pewter golfing figures have been added to the base. These beautifully detailed figures were originally made as part of a bottle stopper set in the early 1990’s.
The lamp is finished with a new cream lampshade with decoupaged images of 1940’s Golfers .
For overseas buyers this can be supplied with a EU or US plug
For US buyers this lamp will be tested in a 240V to 120V stepdown voltage converter which will ensure that it will be suitable for a US supply.
